Betty Spence

Betty Spence is a Gold Member of the Interior Refiners Network®. With a degree from Ferris State University, personal experience in seven major remodels, and a lifelong passion for design and decorating, Betty completed her Interior Refiner certification and started her own business, reSort reDecorate, in 2005. Betty was personally trained and certified by Lauri Ward, the internationally known New York designer and pioneer of one-day redecorating and redesign and owner of Use What You Have® Decorating, Inc.

Betty lives in Boyne City, Michigan with her husband, Lee, who is reSort reDecorate's Handyman.  When not "refining", Lee and Betty enjoy spending time with their "blended" family of five children & spouses, and eleven grandchildren.
